sooo i'm thinking ZUMBA is a necessary part of my weekly routine. The beginning of this week was stress on top of aggravation. waking up late, babies screaming ( having no mercy). monday i finally made the effort to get out and find a zumba class. turns out this particular studio had changed their class times and by the time i made it, zumba was over and 30 min of hip hop was left. (i stayed for the remainder of hip hop but it wasn't what i needed)
tuesday was equally stressful and before i decided to give up on getting out, i managed to find a tad bit of motivation left and located a zumba class that was much closer to home and FREE. needless to stay it was an awesome class and i will be returning.
oh back to why zumba is soooo necessary, i woke up at 6 am (1.5hours before the twins). had two cups of coffee, got some work done on the computer. made breakfast (with no screaming babies in the background). and still embraced by all the LOVE, HUGS, KISSES i received from TX and OK. I believe it was all because of a really great workout, that wore me out physically, which made me sleep better, which made my body respond by getting up naturally.
